RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and proof of purchase.
Please return items in its original condition. Unworn and unused. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and will exclude mailing costs. We suggest sending back returns as a tracked package as we cannot accept liability for any lost packages.
If you are returning goods from outside of CAD please write on the customs declaration it is a return of unwanted goods. Any custom duties charged to us from returning the goods will automatically be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopaelinjewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the shipping information as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Please keep in mind we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items you will be liable for the cost of mailing it back to us. Unless the item received was faulty.
DAMAGES/FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNING SALE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please keep in mind, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return. This includes items purchased with coupon codes.
EXCHANGES
We do not do not offer any exchanges, please check your sizing before hand to make sure this product is right for you. Please refer to our sizing charts for reference.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded and the money will be sent to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day we receive your return. After you receive a confirmation email please allow 5 business days for your funds to be placed back into your account.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package, Canada post will automatically send back your package to us. We are under no circumstances held responsible for unclaimed packages. Please double check your shipping information is correct at checkout and chose a shipping method that works for you. Whether that's an untracked or tracked package. Should you package get sent back to us, a refund will automatically be processed minus shipping costs and a 15% processing fee. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered within an appropriate time frame.
RETURNING SALE ITEMS
We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. This includes orders purchased with a coupon code or during a sale. All purchases made during a sale are deemed final and are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
NOTIFICATION OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Once your returned order has been processed from our warehouse we will email to let you know we have received it. If you do not receive an email from us within 14 days, please contact us at shopaelinjewelry@gmail.com
